Domino's Pizza

"This was my second time ordering pizza here 1st time the cheese looked very different from my usual dominoes . I’m not sure if it’s the way it was cooked or quantity of cheese that was put on it . Long story short I went in today to get pizza and decided to check it , it looked the same as last time just undercooked or too much cheese truly unsure . I asked for a refund , The cashier was very friendly and called her manager up front , the manager in the other hand had an attitude from the start , seemed like I had bothered whatever she was doing . She stated money would be in my bank account in 2-4 business days , I agreed . I had to ask her for a receipt with refund information she seemed so bothered by me asking for a receipt . Will most definitely not come back to this location ."

"I sat and waited for 15 minutes from my order then they tell me they can't break a $50 bill so I either have to go drive around and try and find somewhere that will or just leave my order and go somewhere else I think I will go somewhere else and not come back to Domino's again"

"I had did an online order for delivery, 2 med 3 topping pizzas. They delivered the pizzas but one of them was not what I had wanted or ordered online so I thought. Apparently when I went to review my order online it didn't compute the toppings. So The Pizza I received was plain just cheese. I had ordered the pizzas ahead of time so they'd be ready when my kids got home but they were a couple hours later than expected. So didn't realize one of the pizzas was wrong until 2 hours later. I called and asked if they could as a courtesy deliver the pizza that I originally wanted. I spoke to the general manager O'rion, and he was true to Domino's guarantee. Which basically states that they are customer service focused and wants every customer satisfied and to have a good experience with Domino's. The manager Orion represented that and advised me that he would go ahead and make the pizza that I wanted and deliver it no charge. Excellent customer service. This Domino's Pizza on 34th Street is awesome the service is great the pizza is wonderful and I had a very good experience and had to share that. Thank you Domino's I'm 34th Street thank you general manager Orion."

"Order online for delivery. Messed up on the wings. Ok, it happens. The lady got them remade and out for delivery. Delivery drivers drop them off at the wrong door. I called the store again. HS kid answers tried his best going back and forth with the manager. I finally asked him to please let me talk to the manager. I know he's not trained to handle customer complaints. Of course the manager is making excuses. The point is the manager should handle all complaints. That's what their trained and their jobs. I'm a GM in food industry and I would never put a complaint on a regular associate. The manager was nice but still I'm not having it."

"Friendly staff even when I wasn't so friendly! Quick to help resolve issues with our order. ...like when our pizza gets "delivered" to an old address even though the app appears to have the updated address on our end... They corrected this for me and we were still able to enjoy our hot pizza and bread sticks!"
