"Twice! Spend more and go somewhere else. We were ordering because we got a free credit due to them messing up and then they managed to mess up again! Then they try to say they can’t control the app…ok valid so we don’t get the free credit and still order again and pay more only to find out they didn’t put the order in. Thank God my husband called to check the order because had we shown up and they didn’t have it I would have been even more irritated. They clearly could care less. The worst service. And I get it’s New Year’s Eve which is why we ordered at 12:30 this afternoon for a 6:30 pick up. TERRIBLE. Don’t go there worst location"

"We ordered for dine in a pizza, wings and cheese sticks. We got the pizza in decent time but the wings took twice as long and finally got the cheese sticks once we were practically done with everything else. The person working even took it around asking whos it was and gave it to a random table until I reminded them a third time we still need ours."

"Charged 3 times for the wrong order, still was wrong when we finally just gave up trying to communicate our order. Unlimited wings were only served 5 at a time and were cold every time and took a minimum of 20 minutes to receive next order. Staff was rude and appeared “out of it” to say the least. Will not be returning to this location."

"I came into this location for the first time this evening with my friend. He was getting reimbursed for a pizza that wasn't made correctly initially, the manager offered to give him store credit. First the good, this location is very clean, very modern well equipped and staffed. They have a full bar(I don't indulge, but for those who do...) Plenty of TV screens, excellent seating, seems like a first class pizza and spirits location. The bad, when bringing out the replacement pizza, my friend and I were very polite and said thank you sir and were happy, until said manager, while demonstrating his discontent, along with his body language, didn't say anything after dropping the pizza onto our table and stormed off. Obviously he didn't like having to make up for not getting it right the first time. I'm not pleased even though the replacement pizza was better than the first one they didn't get right. As you can see in the photo, not cut close to even, not cooked completely, torn out of the pan due to improper prep thrown into the box and handled with bare hands. Customer service and professionalism go a long way for a business, and the lack thereof, well you know the rest...."
