"We pulled up to the drive thru at 4:48 PM on a Tuesday evening. We didn’t get our food until 5:43PM. We were the 3rd car in the line. We pulled over in the Popeyes parking lot to eat. The chicken, fries, and my pie was all lukewarm. Why did I wait for an hour for bad service, and lukewarm food?"

"Husband ordered online, we went to pick it up through the drive-thru as instructed only to be told it wasn't ready to go inside. Inside, my husband was told they never received the order, couldn't refund, they couldn't make it unless they had the ticket. Eventually a manager was called and our food was made and hour later. The food was signature Popeyes. I don't know what wings I got, but they weren't hot for being Habanero. They were sweet and the sauce was more like a thick paste. Flavorful, but didn't coat the wings. Chicken Tenders have more meat than the wings. Wings have more of the breaded coating. The drive thru had at least 40 cars go through in an hour though. So I would suggest ordering in person or in the drive thru."

"Horrible service. Went through a practically empty drive through. Recieved half my food and then they want to sit there and say to take back one of the receipts they give you to get the rest of it. Or to get a refund. The woman caught an attitude right away. Unless they charge 10 to 12 dollars. For just the box of shrimp and not the full meal you're getting ripped off by coming here. 10/31/2023 order 28. We ordered meals and were given individual items"

"It has definitely calmed down a lot since opening. A slow customer in the drive thru made me decide to go inside. What took the longest was deciding what to order, but the cashier was very patient and informative. I've never gone here before, so I didn't know they had original and spicy chicken, so that was a nice surprise. When we got our order, I was shocked! I think they killed Chicken Little and his siblings for their chicken, because the pieces are quite a bit smaller than any I'd seen elsewhere! The chicken is definitely flavorful, even for the original. The mashed potatoes and gravy (not even spicy) are delicious, the seasoned fries are good, and the biscuits are moist and flaky. I wish they offered something other than bottled water and Coke Zero for sugar free options (unsweet tea with Splenda packets, Sprite Zero, or Dr Pepper Zero). The temperature on the thermostat read 71°, but it felt MUCH cooler than that. The food is really good, The staff is great, but the piece sizes are much to be desired. For that reason, this won't be a regular place for us to dine."

"I know this place just opened but they weren’t ready. Staff is stressed and under trained. Manager is stressed and extremely rude, has zero interest in fixing any issues. Ordered mobile order the other day. Went to pick up the food and they weren’t taking mobile orders ( have yet to receive a refund) they said they can’t do anything about it, I have to request a refund through the app. They ran out of chicken as well so I couldn’t even get the food I ordered. Skip to today, they were telling people they are “taking a break from taking orders” we ordered $80 worth of food and they gave us 2 sauces. We asked for more sauce and the manager told us( rudely )we’d have to be charged and also get back in line for more sauce. No thanks! Get home and they order is complete wrong. Chicken looks RAW!! They didn’t close the food properly hot wing sauce alll over the bag! Not worth the headache to go fix it."
