"I am a semi driver and was making a delivery to them. They were nice to let me hook my family up to the store so i can not be as hot. But they pulled the cord by accident causing it to slam on the trailer floor and refused to acknowledge it or replug it in. Hopefully they didn’t break my $60 fan"
"This store is staffed with complete idiots with no training in customer service! They shut the store down at least an hour early every night and sometimes an hour and a half before time. They don't understand that customer revenue is what gives them job security. And I won't even go towards this family dollar in fear that it will be closed so I drive the extra 4 mins to the more reliable dollar general.or the other 2 family dollars on Broadway."
"I was seeking gardening items and they had none. However, they did have some other items so it was a decent visit. This being said, the cashier you had on duty at approximately 1:00:pm on 4)20/20 does not know how "not" to place glass items together with no wrapping; apparently oblivious to the likelihood that they'll break. She got an attitude when I requested another bag to wrap the items. How do I know? When she gave me my change, she never thanked me for my purchase. So then I said You're welcome, to no response either. I could have gone anywhere to shop but I chose there. She needs more training. I can't see me returning to that location."
