"Parking on the premises. Usually the first to be unloaded. In and out in about 60 minutes. Generally about an hour unload for each truck though if you're not first"

"Overnight parking is the only plus. They never keep to appointment times. Always get here hours early but have never yet been put on a door anywhere near my appointment time. These guys seem to forget we have to follow hours of service rules and if we go out of time because they cant do their job and then refuse to unload because we’d be breaking the law, I wonder how they’d react? And I wonder how this regular shipper would react knowing their product isn’t going to deliver on time, possibly the whole weekend? They’d go nuts, thats how!"
"If you get here early they will make you wait 5 hours. If you get here late by 5 minutes you could wait 20 hours. The guy that was ahead of me waited 20 hours. I called my dispatcher, he called them and said that I was 5 minutes late so they are going to punish us. My suggestion is to never ever halt product for these evil people ever again."
