"Beautiful, Lake, secluded and surrounded by gorgeous trees, saw a boat dock next to parking area on the right,as well as a camping site, with plenty of room, my first time here, and saw very few other cars, around, I mainly stayed and just took in the view from the boat ramp of this beautiful lake, but after seeing the trail reviews I'll probably experience them next time, today just wanted to relax, and this is a lovely place to do so, very clean and well kept, even the rock driveway that goes 1 mile off the hwy to get to the lake was kept up, no deep pot holes or trash anywhere, Great Job maintenance crew!!,,, I would recommend coming here for sure !! This place was a relaxing, beautiful place of fresh air, and lovely sites."

"Love this place. No water available you must bring your own. Pit toilet is maintained wonderfully always toilet paper available. Do not bring firewood from out of state, or any wood with bark on it. You will get a ticket. Please look up the firewood rules before you visit."

"This trail is unique and gorgeous! It gets hilly towards the end, so I recommend doing the trail backwards and starting to the right. Beware, this trail was COVERED in ticks. Wear a hat and bug spray! Do not bring animals here! We spent half an hour picking ticks off of just one dog!"

"Great place, quiet for the most part. Not allowed to canoe or kayak anymore so that was a bummer only boats with motors allowed. Hiking trail was great but long so prepare for that. Max of 14 days stay. Good luck!"

"Nice and quiet campground. This campground has a clean pit toilet but no drinking water available. Campsites are pretty spacious but rustic and has picnic tables and fire pits at all sites. There is a beautiful hiking trail that takes you around the lake it's 2.2 miles long. The roads coming into the campground are gravel. We stayed here in our 28 foot class c RV . Cell service with at&t was spotty at times. Nightly fees $ 2.50- $ 5.00"
