"It was so cool watching a barge go through the locks. Everyone who came to watch was friendly. We even met a young man who worked on a tug. Great conversation!"
"Great view of the Ohio River & the New lock & dam. Go at sunset for great pics. I believe you can panic there. Picnic tables were available when I was there beginning of March. There is a building with restrooms but I don't know if it's locked or open. Also sledding hill during the winter. Sled at your own risk."
