"A lot of raccoons just after dark, definitely see how it has the name. Make sure u put up all ur food/trash. They aren't very skittish. The camp sites are really close together. So if you want privacy there isn't really any. It was clean, the beach was fun, but I recommend beach shoes, the sand is rough. Also an umbrella or gazebo if you wanna go to the beach. There is zero shade and having something to cover is nice. They have a snack shack at the beach that sells ice cream, hot dogs and pretzels if u get hungry and a couple drink options. The DNR officers roam around to make sure everything is cool. Overall my family had fun, but we like more privacy when camping. If you don't mind being close to other campers it's great, but if you do, I would recommend trying another place."
