"Ordered May 2021, Installed July 2022. We were informed of the timing ahead of time & after talking with other builders, decided that going with Dave’s Pools was the direction to go. It was worth the wait! Chris & Clay, along with the crew showed up as promised, worked hard & were a pleasure to have around. They came to do our job, and that was their focus. They started the pool & worked exclusively until finished. We heard stories from others, that it took all summer or there were problems with their pool guys. That was not the case, Chris knows what he’s doing & expects perfection from his crew. Highly Recommend! It’s such a joy to be able to host summer events and a great feeling to have 4 generations of family all having a fabulous time together. We have made so many happy memories & look forward to many more to come!"

"* AVOID DAVES POOLS * OK, I hate this but if the truth hurts so be it. In July of 2022 I paid Dave's Pools $7500.00 for a new liner installed in my 18x36 pool. A few weeks later before closing the pool I noticed 3-4 places where the liner came loose and dropped downward. These were only 2-6" places and there was no reason for it except it happened. After calls to Dave's Pools "manager, she did send a guy out weeks later ( they were too busy closing other pools) The service guy used small pieces of rigid plastic liner lock which looked bad in the corner section as if a kid had done the work. (1st photo) Not knowing any better we just let it go and closed the pool before winter. When May of 2023 came we opened the pool and found there were 3-4 more new loose places. (2nd photo shows the worse about 6") I called the manager immediately before the warranty was up. She gave me every excuse but said she would put a work order out to the shop but couldn't control what they did after that? After more calls and emails (none confirmed by her) I asked her to have the owner Chris call me. NOTHING. At the end of July 2023, the 1 year warranty was over, and after no response from Dave's Pools I spoke with my attorney who said it was best to just get it fixed by someone else and move on, so that's what I did. There was NOTHING wrong with the coping groove that holds the liner up. I hired a profession pool guy. He brought the proper liner lock that could round a curve without the piece meal repairs (1st photo) from 2022. It came on a roll, flexible enough to go continuously around a curve without ugly small pieces jammed together. He fixed the new 2023 loose places AND removed/replaced what Dave's did in the fall of 2022. (1st photo) Now it all looks great even in the corner radius. All this nonsense over not wanting to be a responsible company, and saving the 1/2 hours service call and $5.00 worth of liner lock (a thin piece of plastic pressed into the coping grove to hold the liner tight). No matter what they say, it was a constant battle attempting to get anything done by Dave's Pools. What kind of business does this to themselves?"
