"Shop local folks! I used2 different well known internet Flower sites. Both canceled me. 1st I ordered 4 days ago. 3 days later via email my order was canceled with no explanation. Then I ordered flowers from another well known company. I They accepted my order. Today I get an email ( I only check my email weekly, thank God I checked again. Low and behold my order has been canceled because the flowers I wanted they didn’t have. So I call them and a substitute would be acceptable. No problem they said and would you like to get a discount pass. My reply was no thanks let’s see how this goes. Then a women from a very foreign country called. I could hardly understand a word she said other than. No flowers today maybe tomorrow ok? NO, I called a local florist and she couldn’t help me because of time but she did recommend Bravo! Bravo I Columbia city took care of the issue did same day delivery and my sister finally got flowers. Bravo to Bravo they were beautiful."

I phoned in from AZ to ask if they sent flowers locally, and w/ a couple of emails of images and dictating a short, sweet Message, everything turned out to be of exceptional value. "Thank you, Cathy!" -- hope to meet you at our next visit back to IN. :-) Our goal was to re-create the main bridal bouquet from an October wedding (10 years ago), and with digital images, Cathy was able to recreate a larger version fitted for display via vase, plus print off a basic-quality image of the event in our memories. Every step was logical and smooth, as Cathy is professional & sweet in her phone/email demeanor. Recommended!"
