Toles Flowers

"Wife ordered flowers from Toles in Anderson, In., for a funeral in Columbia City, In. The flowers never arrived. I called, and we had the option of getting flowers replaced, or a refund. Wife decided to send the flowers to sister in laws home. They never even got ordered! A couple days went by, and Wife was never contacted by Toles about a refund. When she called Toles, she had to ask about a refund. It makes me wonder how many families haven't caught this, and never got flowers, or refund!"

"When another florist in town couldn't fulfill my order, I ordered from Toles. I picked out the Sunny Sunflowers Deluxe for my wife's Birthday. When I came home it was disappointing to find that what had been delivered was not the Deluxe version but instead the Standard version. Flowers are expensive and are a rare treat because of this. I reached out on messenger and my message was read and not responded to. I also tried emailing but I kept getting a bounce back as email address not valid. I only asked for a refund of the $10 difference. Reading all of the other reviews, this place really is hit or miss. This experience was a miss for me and will not return."
