A lot of greenery was used when we would have expected more quality flowers. We talked with the florist who indicated the cost of flowers have increased. She's very particular and has never been disappointed. The flowers are always fresh, beautifully arranged, well priced and last. Living far from my Mom, it's nice to know that I can be confident that whatever I order will be a nice gift. I usually order the Designer Special rather than one the pictures on the site now. I know it will be beautiful. I also appreciate that the when the flowers are delivered, they take them into the house and put them on the table since my Mom uses a walker.
