"Left our pool unfinished with the top rails not being done and put silicone all over my filter box they don’t answer the phone they don’t answer emails and they didn’t really have the liner that I wanted. I’m sorry to say that I had a bad experience."

"Our pool pump motor shorted out. Even though the power was out at their store, due to storms, they were open to help their customers be ready for the 4th of July holiday. Gopher's had the motor in stock and I had it installed and running in a few hours. Great service. Thanks everyone at Gopher Pools."

"I would recommend not wasting your time and contact someone in Champaign, IL or Terre Haute, IN. Once I requested a break down of what I was being charged and started asking questions that is when they started getting defensive and told me they were going to refund my money and for me to do business elsewhere. They have spelt my name wrong twice for a refund check after giving them correct spelling verbally and written. Be wary of how they charge man hours, they were trying to charge me for 2 guys coming out to diagnose a leak in our hot tub when I watched one of the guys just standing there the entire time. I was initially quoted $60 for a diagnosis, they were trying to charge me $120.00. Fishy, shady, tried to take advantage of me and over charge. Please be weary."
