"I called them rather late in the day and asked if they could deliver flowers to my friend that day. They assured me they could and asked what I would like. I didn't really know what I wanted, so I told them I wanted something with a little color, definitely not a dozen roses, and I would trust their judgement. I thought they did a great job and the price was reasonable. They were very friendly on the phone and patient with me when I didn't have a clue what I wanted."

"Had asked twice if the blue spruce are available for sale. They are planted right in front of their store. Never got a definitive reply. Lack of communication is the worst form of customer service. Tell clearly whether they are for sale or not ? Phrases like “let me ask the owner” manager and then not responding is not correct."

"Went in the Wednesday before Valentine's Day to order flowers to pickup Sunday. Everyone was so helpful and I took WAY too much of their time just chatting with them! They said they would pull the flowers that day (so they weren't sold before VDay) and have them ready for me to pickup when I came in! I had completely forgotten about picking them up but on Sunday before they closed, I received a call from one of the owners asking if I was going to be in. I ran over there, picked up the BEAUTIFUL arrangement they had put together, and was blessed again by great conversation! My wife loved the flowers and I was so grateful for the service! Thank you Anderson's! Our dining room smells great with your flowers and they always last way longer than the grocery store arrangements!"
