"If I could give them less stars I would. Their services were extremely poor and unprofessional. They admitted to providing sub-par service due to demand and said my carpet did not need removed, only to find the mold under the carpet because they couldn't do the job properly. Im so glad I didn't take a word of their advice and went with my gut to have the carpet removed. They told me that they would check on the moisture levels daily and didn't for 6 days! 6 days! No wonder there was mold, because they didn't even remove the water! They also billed me wrong. And only after asking multiple times were they able to provide a line item cost breakdown to which I saw mistakes and had to fight to have taken off. Please do yourself a favor and scroll on to the next company for services even if it means not getting help in a flood or fire restoration. It will save you time, stress and money."

"In June we took on water from a rain storm. I called Protechs per a recommendation from my insurance company. They arrived quickly. I spoke with the employee who came and she assured me they could dry my carpet and everything would be fine. They removed water with a machine and left the house with 15 large fans and 2 dehumidifiers. Day 2 house smells awful. Protechs never shows back up day 3 they arrive and spray some cleaner/deodorizer. remove old laminate and in the process damage my bar. Day 4 bring in a large heater wire into my breaker box put holes in my wall hanging plastic sheeting covering staircase. People it keeps going on and on After about 10 days I finally get them out of my home! pulled the carpet and replaced it for less than PROTECHS charged me $5729.17 to dry my carpet that I had to remove do to the smell. please consider someone else if you have water damage. They didn't want to even give me a total! they wanted to keep ringing up the bill for my insurance company. needless to say my insurance company has vowed to never use these folks again as well! I have pictures of everything as well"

"I can't say enough about Pro -Techs and the excellent service they provide. With recent heavy storms in our area, we had 3 offices down without power causing basements to flood. Pro Techs got on it and got the job done!!! They are professional and experienced and treat you like family. Special kudos to Megan at the office. I'm sure they were getting overwhelmed with calls and people needing service but she was always calm, cool and collected. Also to Caleb our Project Manager. Great guy that made sure things happened. "Protech’s made the most amazing transformation of my bathroom. It had mold on the walls and they gutted it all the way down to the studs cleaned everything and redid the bathroom beautifully adding a vent and pocket door so mold will not return. Super professional and a great price!"

"I have used Protech before when my basement flooded years ago and received great service for a great price. This led me to using them for carpet cleaning almost yearly. Recently I was needing a last minute dryer vent cleaning because it was taking 3 hours to dry a load of laundry. They fit me in the schedule quickly, especially with the holidays. Once here, the 2 gentlemen noted that it wasn’t a cleaning that I needed but a pipe in the wall came apart. Not only did they clean the vent by they also ran to the closest town to get a new pipe and supplies to fix it, cut my dry wall, repaired the pipe, and replaced the dry wall with minimal follow up for me to do to finish the space they had to cut. I am beyond happy with their service. It is not often these days that u find a company and their employees that bend over backwards to do the job right, instead of just fixing it enough to get by. The 2 gentlemen were kind, professional and very thorough. Will definitely be using the company’s services again and hoping these 2 men receive compensation for a job well done."
