"Very disappointed,dropped off 2 dress shirts and suit coat. Shirts were done nicely. Suit coat looked like it wasn't cleaned or pressed. Excuse offered was,we are very busy,thats business...This is a MichaelKorssuit coat. Now I wait for 4 days... Finally got my coat back after 1 week. Still was not pressed. Very poor."

"I dropped two sweaters off approximately two weeks ago. When I went to pick them up a few days later I noticed they were both damaged with spots on them and grey instead of white, like they were when I dropped them off! I told the man at the cleaners that they were damaged, and I was told by the man at the desk to leave them there for another week, which ended up being 2 weeks and I would get them back all fixed. Well, today I go to pick up and my sweaters and they are still in the same damaged condition still grey with white spots and in very damaged shape . These two sweaters were in perfect condition when I drop them off at the cleaners originally. I am absolutely disappointed and sad because the one the owl sweater was a Christmas gift and is a Kate Spade which will not be easy, in fact nearly impossible to replace, and also at a high cost. More importantly It was my Christmas present from my husband !! I wore one time. And it was in perfect brand new shape when dropped off to be cleaned. When I spoke to the gentleman at the desk about what could be done to rectify the situation, considering that these sweaters were in brand new shape when I dropped them off. I was told there was nothing that could be done and I could call the owner, he then said that I had only been there once, which is not true. I’ve been coming for months. And regardless, my clothing should not be damaged if I were a one time customer (which I am not). I had just changed my phone number in the system, because I got a new phone number. My calls are being ignored by the number I am calling to get a hold of the owner! . I am simply disgusted because this was my Christmas present and I trusted this business! I trusted this cleaners and they not only damaged my items, they are not taking responsibility, or even offering to help rectify the situation. If I can’t get a hold of the owner I will have to take this matter to small claims court, which I will. Attached are pictures of the sweater as well as the handwritten note saying they tried three times To repair the damage that they caused."
