"Bought flowers for my moms birthday, spent over 150$ on everything and flowers were dead and all petals had fallen off in 3 days. Emailed called and messaged on Facebook and never have received a message back. Extremely disappointing. Paid 120$ for just the flowers and it was a huge waste. The Kroger flowers lasted so much longer."
"I ordered a corsage for my sons prom date, I chose a specific style from their catalog. When I went this morning to pick it up, it was not what I ordered at all. I had the front desk girl take what they made to the florist with the picture from their catalog of options of what I chose. Her only response was “sorry for the mix up, there were a lot of orders with burgundy ribbon and similar names. They did nothing to make this right except to offer to add things to the corsage. My sons date is a tiny girl, I chose a corsage that would look pretty on her tiny frame. If they would have added to this corsage she wouldn’t have been able to lift her arm or move around at prom with out knocking things off of tables, it was huge. I won’t be back, nor will I recommend this business."

"I will never do business with this company or 1800 flowers again. I ordered flowers for delivery and when they arrived I was very disappointed I added two pictures one is what I ordered and the other is what I received I have ordered many arrangements from them in the past and they did very good in the past. the last order and this order was an embarrassment. If you order flowers from them keep your expectations low because you will be very disappointed."
