"Nice new machines and clean interior. Would have liked to have seen instructions for machine use posted as I had to offer help to some other patrons struggling to figure out how to operate. Also, it was unclear if purchase of a loyalty card was required to load funds or it was just a recommendation/option. On a side note, what is the intended purpose of the loyalty card, do patrons aquire points or some other benefit by using this card? Please be aware, it does not appear this location accepts coins. We watched two other patrons leave because of this inconvenience."
"Overall, it was a good experience. The fascard kiosk only lets you add money in increments of 5, 10, 20, and 30 dollars, which means you have to make multiple trips to the kiosk if you have multiple loads. The building looks like it's still under construction. Most of the machines are working. Prices aren't too bad, fairly comparable to other laundry services in the area. Having a 24-hour laundromat in the area is a good addition to the community."
