"Mary promised that my house would be deep-cleaned to my satisfaction. While going over the areas I expected to be cleaned in detail I addressed the necessity of past owner's grime on light switches and paneled doors needing to be removed. After making the promise of satisfaction, she quoted $1000. My husband said that was too much, and oh boy was he right! But, I wasn't able to get two of three floors fully cleaned on my own, so I accepted her quote, yet I still have 'grime, cobwebs and many missed areas' throughout both floors. I spoke with Mary within 15 minutes after the deep-cleaning about my concerns and she said she would be back in two days, but she sent Mr a message 15 minutes after she was to arrive saying she wanted to reschedule. It's been over a week and I have yet to hear back. A 'fair charge' for the work I received would have been about $700, not $1K! Besides that, she had to take one worker home to bathe for two hours because I wouldn't allow her to stay working in my house smelling the way she did ..so Mary and her 'main employee' only worked in my home for 4 hours, for this reason, I believe they cut corners to make up for lost time, while feeling that I should pay them for cleaning themselves first. Wouldn't recommend"
"Very professional family owned business they did a very good job cleaning our house and we came home to a wonderful surprise. The prices are fair for how hard they work as they are not like regular house cleaners, they put a lot of detail and time in the cleaning and it is very very professional. I definitely recommend Mary’s cleaning."
