"I do not suggest this laundry mat to anyone that has children. Months ago i went in this laundry mat with my little girl and one of the driers did not dry my clothes so I asked the elderly lady employee that works there for my money back, instead of politely giving me my money back, she put her finger up in my eyeballs with her long fingernail right in front of my little girl. It's pretty sad that I live in Salem though I drive to another county to do My laundry because this lady scared my little girl. I even contacted the manager and left a message on his voice-mail, no call backs. Just within the last few weeks, I've heard that this elderly lady has treated other people just as bad as she has my family. A man told me not too long ago that she needs to be fired."

"I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the other reviews. After I arrived and seen that it was clean, not expensive and the ladies that work there are very nice. I was happy to do business. If I have to wash my clothes again do to water pipes busting at home. I’ll definitely return and I recommend them to everyone."
"Did my laundry here while staying in town temporarily. Clean building and machines, decent prices, all machines I used worked fine, one customer had an issue with one dryer and attendant was all over it making sure she was taken care of. Attendant was great! Greeted people as we came in, offered help right from the start if needed, was constantly cleaning and checking on customers. Was very polite and efficient. Great work ethic. Highly recommend."
