"They are ungodly expensive. They also didn't tell me in advance that each piece of my short trench would be removed and charged separately--not just the belt, but the epaulets and wrist straps, too. So when they said my 3 orders of 5 pieces were done, I thought there was an error, as I dropped off only 1 order containing 2 coats. I will NEVER use them again, I'd have to sell my car to be able to afford them!"
"Clothes are clean & turn around time isn’t bad, but you pay for the convenience of access 24/7. $11.30/shirt (blouse) is ridiculous. I know things all over are pricey these days but this was too much. It’s unfortunate, because they do a nice job, but I just can’t justify it & will need to go somewhere else."
