"Worst florist I have ever come across for several reasons. Ill start by saying that when I placed my order, everything went smoothly..I told the lady I wanted all purple flowers for my moms birthday because that was her favorite color and I up-charged for the deluxe so I could get extra flowers and also added a happy birthday balloon. 1. They called her before they were thinking of arriving..stating that they were very busy and asking her if she was going to be home at a later time because they had a flower delivery. (In my opinion they should not call because it’s a surprise delivery) I had already confirmed that she would be home. 2. They delivered it with withered flowers (that all died within the next couple days after) and only a few flowers were purple AND with a happy sweet sixteen balloon 3. When I called the lady was laughing at the situation when I didn’t think it was very funny..then said she can try to drop off a happy birthday balloon the following day. 4. She was very rude and did not apologize when I was explaining the issue and raised her voice and said “well what exactly do you want me to do about this?” I was just trying to give the mom and pop shops some business because I know they all have struggled from the pandemic and trusted them to give my mom this pretty bouquet of flowers since that’s one of they few things I can do when I live across country. Result: did get 50% refunded after I asked and that’s why I’m giving 2 stars but I will not be going here again."

"I wanted to send my mom something beautiful for her birthday and Allen's Florist did an amazing job. I placed my order online and it was very easy. Later I called the shop to see when my moms birthday bouquet would be delivered and the lady on the phone was very helpful and sweet and my moms flowers were perfect."
