"I placed online order for delivery next day. On the next day, I called Williams several times to inquire about the delivery and each time I had to leave a voice mail. No call back ever. I eventually got an email confirmation of delivery at end of day. However, they never did call me back. Very poor experience and will probably not use again."

"When my uncle passed away, I needed to order flowers. Since it was away from my home, I just picked a random florist from where he was. The lady I talked to was very helpful to me in ordering them. When I got to funeral home, looked for the flowers, and it was the most beautiful arrangement there!
