"I had a situation, where my circumstances had changed and I needed help with a new order. There was no attempt to help my situation at all. I understand deliveries to drivers ratio, but to not even attempt to help the customers situation, ok. So if you're every in clutch situation wouldnt recommend this business. I can not offer more insight because they gave me none. I also understand that placing an order on a holiday is hard on the company but while honoring previous commitments, you would think a company would have alternatives. So I understand fully that, once again what I stated previously, this company is not a clutch. They will not be able to help you last minute and that's OK. Some companies are and some are Not. This review is solely my experience and I want to help the next person know that if you're in a last minute situation, this is not the company for you. Mainly why I didn't give it a one star review, you told me the reason why and I appreciate that. Maybe a change will be made for future holidays if not once again that's OK. Keep on doing the best you can do."
