"This actually is the best laundromat I have ever been to in my entire life. No kidding! I’ve been coming here once every two weeks for the past three years. The only problem I have is since the beginning of 2023, even with using different washing machines, when I select bedding cycle with the water temperature of 140° the water isn’t even hot let alone 140° for bedding. Today the water temperature was lukewarm at best with the bedding cycle selected. This has happened to me even at times when there’s only one other person doing laundry in the facility. This is not fair since I have to pay a higher rate with this cycle selection. If the laundromat’s owners want to economize, that’s fine, I understand with inflation, but don’t offer hot water if you can’t deliver it because I’d rather go where there’s actual hot water even though I love this place to do my laundry. If you can live with not having the guarantee of hot water to do your laundry, absolutely come here because it’s a great place -safe and convenient-just disappointed about the water temperature. I totally recommend it. A+"

"All the washer doors were closed causing them to have a mildew smell. Supposedly new equipment, but already having door errors. It allows you to hit the start button, but it'll just sit there and not start. If you use the app and select reversing on the dryer, it'll deduct $0.25 and not tell you."
