"My dog had an appointment at your facility on Friday at 1:00. We arrived 15 mins early and the door was locked. There was a sign on the door that read closed. As a new client, I checked the address to make sure I was at the right place, I was. I then called and got an answer machine. I waited until 1:15, still no one. If you had an emergency, leave a note on the door. If gone to lunch don't make an appointment for 1:00 simple. I rate you a 0 and taking my business elsewhere."
"They are always very nice and the groomer is excellent. I love the products they use on my dogs. They still smell good after a month! My pups are always happy when they leave there and best of all the have excellent prices!!! Would recommend to everyone!"
