"I went to this salon a few times was told I had a place with them to learn dog grooming. I quit my job for them to never message me back, I quite a job I liked for something I thought I would love. While I was there I noticed Heather was harsh around dogs (not abusive). I get working with barking dogs all day gets overwhelming but you need to step back. Today I was told someone witnessed Heather shake a dog by its nose. I thought this was one of the better salons to trust No complaints about other girls there I only met one other girl the few times I talked with her and she was nice and trustworthy around dogs."
"I cannot say enough good about the staff. They groomed our fur child almost 11 years for us. Sadly Avalon crossed the rainbow bridge last Monday and I called to cancel her appointment. Today we received a beautiful card from the staff with their condolences and to tell us they would miss “OUR” girl. Thank you again Groovy Dog for being so great to her."
"We love Groovy Dog! My sweet little female chihuahua poodle mix is very timid and nervous. The girls at Groovy Dog are so patient and kind, I don’t worry about her at all! Her hair is difficult, but yet they make it look perfect, and all within a timely manner. They are so welcoming and make you feel like family. I love that I can text to schedule and they get back to me quickly. The facility is very clean and professional. Will recommend to all my friends!"
"The entire team at Groovy Dog is amazing! They have been taking care of our family pets for many years. They have cared for 2 of our beloved golden retrievers, even sending sympathy cards at their passing. The rejoiced with us when our hearts were ready for pups. They currently care for our 2 doddle mixes and our new baby golden. Our doodles can be a little fickle but, Heather always makes sure they look good, even when they are having a Bad attitude. We couldn’t give them more kudos! Thank you Groovy Dog! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"
