"Writing a review of this brokerage and agent Veronica Scuttari. I purchased a condo in Florida tryng to relocate from Texas. I was told in writing by Veronica that the 40-year inspection had been completed. I have owned the condo for 10 months and just got hit with a $42k special assessment for the 40 year inspection. It was not completed - had barely even been started. I confronted Veronica and she said the sellers agent told her it was. I find that hard to believe as he lives in the complex and knows the issues. This assessment has made me want to sell and I have to eat the $42k.Not sure if Veronica purposely lied to make the sale or was just incompetent. Either way I would stay away from her and her brokerage. I am filing an ethics complaint and lawsuit. Find another realtor - they are a dime a dozen in Florida"
