"I went to the Jamaican Consulate to renew my mom's passport. There was an older lady at the counter "Rude is an understatement". Customer service is lacking, but that's nothing new. The only thing that I hate about downtown is the Parking. It cost me $20 to Valet a block from the building. Best to do valet sometimes the timed parking is longer depending on how busy it is there."

"Beautiful historic building, but unfortunately it's not well preserved. The restrooms need to be cleaned and maintained more often, they are disgusting most of the time."

"This building is a beautifully iconically designed downtown structure that takes you back to the forties in the most whimsical way from the elevators 2 the gothic designs within the structure itself."
