"I had a consultation with one of their tax attorneys last week and I would like to say I wasn’t pleased at all. After running my numbers with them and trying to come to an agreement on how we should approach my tax issue the tax attorney made it clear he wasn’t there to help me. He said it was going to cost $12,500 to settle the issue. Making that $2,500 up front then $1,200 every month after that. This attorney knew my financial situation after running my expenses and still continued to not even come close to helping. He said the best monthly payment he could do was $750 still knowing that I could not even come close to affording that. He made no real attempt to look after me in any way and try and get me any real relief. I would understand if he made an attempt to help but I am very displeased. Then I requested some type of money back from the consultation. Granted the phone call only lasted an hour. Then the Vice President of the company (Brian Lorencen) emails me and says he sees no reason to refund any money. Do not fall for their consultation fee because you will be hit with a huge number after the consultation leaving you speechless as it did me. Terrible business who is not out to help! I suggest going elsewhere when service can be provided and for an extremely lower rate!"
