"The historic courthouse is a beautiful example of early architecture in East Pasco County. Even though a new and much larger building down the Street has replaced it, the historic original is still functional and is open to the public. For history buffs and the casual visitor alike, a stop at the historic courthouse is well worth the time."
"I love this building, it's sort of like a crown jewel of of the county, not just the actual building itself but the grounds around it as well, the walkways are lined with little circular plaques with the family names of the founding families of the area. The Pasco County historical marker is located on the grounds, and the court area around the fountain is a nice place to sit on a nice day, I saw multiple people last time I was there who had their kids there playing."

"The Historic Pasco County Courthouse is the jewl of downtown Dade City which serves as the county seat. Dade City is situated in the eastern section of the county. The Courthouse was errected in the early part of the 20th century and restored to its original design and configuration some time ago. A fountain was added to the Plaza in 2015 further enhancing the grounds and providing a focal point for the site. The site is as beautiful in the day as it is at night when fully illuminated. The clock tower chimes are fully functional. During the Christmas season the site is beautifully decorated. Well worth a visit any time of year!"
