"The May-Stringer House is a wonderful place to bring your family to learn about some history and Brooksville Florida. Admission is $10 for an adult and $5 for children 12 and under. The house is considered a Victorian style, ginger bread home. The outside of the home could be in need of some refurbishment and a touch of paint, but overall the house itself looks to be in fine shape. The interior of the home is very well kept with many items being donated from various people. All of the items are said to be in the correct time period. There are three floors to discover. We were greeted by three staff members all wearing Victorian style outfits. They were all very knowledgeable about the home and were able to answer many questions. Thank you for the wonderful experience. It is a must-do for anyone that is a local in the area."
