"Highly recommended! You have to see it in person because it's an experience! Best time to get the best and brightest lighting for a nice pic is between noon and 5pm. We had to ask one of the locals to help us find it (He was protective, yet generous to help. Thank you, sir!)because it's on the side/backside of a building and you can get to it through an alleyway. Glad I got the chance to see it."
