"I contacted Adam earlier this summer regarding doing my business and personal taxes as a referral from my financial planner. When you talk to Adam, you'll notice he has a very charming personality. He will make you feel he is the right person for your accounting needs. He says things like 'oh this is easy'. Very confident. But that unfortunately was the best part of my experience in over a month of communicating with him. He agreed to do my tax returns but completely disappeared on me after the second phone call we had. The first few emails he responded, then he didn't. I sent him documents as he requested and was willing to travel a few hours to see him, but he didn't respond to my last few emails. I wanted to give him some time to see if he would reach out to me, but after another month of no response, I spoke to my financial planner about this along with his colleague Mark who knows Adam. They suggested I find someone else, so I did just that. I suppose it was better for him to go silent now rather than right before the deadline. Hopefully for anyone who is a client of his, you may have had a better experience, that is great, but for me I find what he did to be truly unprofessional."
