"The Huntington office is a joke!!!!! The front desk ladies were VERY unfriendly!!!!! Then, when I went to sign for my return that I dropped off my taxes were filed incorrectly! Instead of having 3 income sources on my return I only had 1 income source that did NOT show all of my income for tax year 2022 to 2023!! The Huntington office is completely and totally unprofessional!!!! DO NOT waste your time going to Huntington H&R Block!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Went to h& r block to get taxes done and Stephanie was rude and judgemental as hell. My wife has filed her taxes the same way for the last 6yrs and has never needed paperwork for my ssi and now all of a sudden she does. We got proof that she doesn't need paperwork for me and that rude woman still refused to help us. There was a few others there that has had issues with that woman. She's bad for business"

"Horrible, horrible, horrible. I will never go to another h&r block because of Huntington's. Unqualified tax preparer kathy Shaffer said she's turning down another months work so she can get free insurance. Took 2 hours and 15 min to do a basic claim. Then couldn't finish because they didnt know how to file house sale. Ask for my paperwork back because I was going elsewhere and they refused to give it to me. They also refused to give my money back. Police had to be called so I could get my paperwork. These people are unbelievable"
