"I had to go out of town overnight so I left my fur baby here at the pet hotel overnight. The staff were very kind and gentle upon drop off and pickup. My girl was fine when I picked her up. It's so nice that these places exist to care for our pets when we are away. I was able to relax and enjoy my event, knowing that she was being cared for by experienced pet lovers. The pricing is very reasonable."

"Hannah Y. Is truly amazing! Minnie and I love her, the call center didn't see the notes that Minnie is to have a large room and they put her in a very small canal, Hannah knew I was not happy and dissatisfied because Minnie is staying for 2 weeks and this was booked months ago. Hannah did some thinking outside the box and is utilizing a small camp room for her. I almost cancelled my trip because 2 weeks with no room for my dog to walk and paying close to 1K for her boarding was not going to happen. Minnie truly loves all the staff and the staff enjoys Minnie, Thank you to all the team for always making Minnie's stay pawsome! Hannah your service is out of this world, you are superb and I can't thank you enough. Excellent service! One thing I do advice is remove that call center, they are absolutely horrible this is twice I have had issues due to their errors. Get a receptionist to service your appointments."
