"Stopped in just a few min ago as a customer looking for a pipe for our outside hose. Brought in our broken part to compare and found what we were looking for but it was too expensive so we left. As we were leaving an employee came out and started taking our license plate number. They assumed we stole from them because we left without purchasing their product. My husband got out and showed the man our broken part and explained we did not steal anything. It just got under my skin they were profiling and were going to actually start a process that would've caused us a lot of trouble for something they assumed without knowing. Very unprofessional and will NOT be recommending to anyone."

"If you need a plumbing part, component, unusual valve stem, or knowledgeable advice - this is your place to go! Here's how good these guys are. I walked in and held up a 2" long valve stem from 20' away. The guy rattled off the item number and asked how many I needed before I even made it to the counter. Saw the damage to the stem and suggested I replace the valve if at all possible to avoid a similar problem in the future."
