"I regret my decision to use ussi. Over a week of trying to make contact, not a single response to confirm appointment. Then showed up more than an hour late. Now finding out wrong permits were obtained and I cannot hook up utilities. I've been out of my home for a week already and no time frame as to when I can start the gas service. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and follow through."
"I am not one to post reviews often (if ever actually). However; after receiving an estimate of nearly $1100 from another company to fix our AC, being told that $1100 would be a “nickel and dime” fix and that we’d need to pay $4000 to replace it, along with having us wait 5 days with no actual time indication on when they could come out we said no! We were given Steve’s number and he was able to assess what needed fixed and come out to fix the issue the next day for 1/3 of the price we were going to pay. Their customer service was exceptional and our AC works beautifully now. USSI Inc will have our business for years to come!"
