"I’ve never been more aggravated in my life. Our appointment was at 5, it’s 6 and I’m still waiting and writing this while I’m sitting here.what’s the point in offering appointments if you’re going to sit here an hour and COUNTING after your scheduled appointment? The women here has answered her personal phone 6 times laughing and talking instead of helping the people waiting and the person at her desk. At this point I’m about to leave and never come to this location again. I usually go to greenwood, but they were booked and today was my only day off. Some people work, and own company’s like I do and have kids, so when we schedule an APPOINTMENT we are paying employees and baby sitters for the appointment. So not only are they making me lose money and time I can’t get back, but being extremely unprofessional while she’s doing it. Total waste of time. Not even worth it."
