Masters should not have charged for the call because it was a mistake from the previous service call. I highly recommend Shelby, not so much masters. But the response time was great!"

We decided to sign up for maintenance repairs and he also took the time to explain what good this would do for us and what all he did for this as well. "We have used Master’s heating and cooling maintenance program for many years and have been very satisfied. This year’s service call was a definite reason to continue. Paul called and said he would arrive in about an hour and did so on time. He was very knowledgeable and reminded us of some tips for routine care and explained thoroughly what he was doing for the maintenance call. When he found a problem with the blower he checked thoroughly for the cause and contacted both his supervisor and company support for help. He did not give up on finding the cause and the made arrangements for the part to be ordered. This occurred on a Friday and we had the new part installed the following Tuesday. Well before the weather change! We would recommend Paul and Master’s to all."
