"No line no waiting on a Saturday at the one off us 31 inside the Walmart and the lady was super nice and helpful. Fees now are outrageous it's over 600 for them to file, other then that my experience was good."
"Today is my forth visit in 5 days just to try to get my taxes now amended due to one of their tax preparers submitted to the IRS incomplete and with wrong forms and info! That was after her standing me up for 3 hours the day prior just to not show up! Then I went back to another preparer yesterday because of all the wrong and missing info and the lady could not even comprehend half of what told her the other lady had messed up and her response to almost everything was well get you set up with Tom at another location and he can get it fixed or figured out! Now mind you yesterday was my 3rd visit in 4 days and I have to Uber everywhere because of no vehicle, at $35-$40 a day so after 3 trips I’m over $100 and still have yet to get my taxes fixed or file correctly! So I’ve already paid over $600 in filing fees and Uber rides and have now been waiting to be seen by “Tom” to get this fixed and since he’s obviously the only professional around here he’s backed up and already over a 1 hour and a half late for my appt because he’s constantly getting calls and helping other employees figure out their problems! So 5 day total= $167 for Uber rides and $539 in filing fees and still haven’t gotten my taxes completed! My suggestion go somewhere else if you want to get your taxes filed correctly, the first time you visit, or without all the undo stress!"
