"Terrible customer service. I called to ask about an item. An Employee said she would check but was waiting for the UPS truck. I asked “will you call me back then?” as there was a long pause. I was told she couldn’t promise that. So I asked if I should call back and was told to call in 10 minutes. I called back and was put on hold by another lady that answered the phone Hello like she was at home and then I was never picked back up after holding for 10 minutes. I called back again, finally got the original lady and she hadn’t even looked for the item from the 1st call…"
