"My husband and I went here for our tax preparation this year. It ended with us owing over $1k in taxes and $215 for the tax preparation. After taking a few days to think on it we decided not to use their service especially with what we owed and do them on our own. I went in got our W2’s back and told them sorry but we won’t be using the service. That was over a month ago. Yesterday as we sat down to do our taxes on turbo tax. Which we ended up with a $300 refund after we did them our selves we go to submit only to have an error screen saying our taxes have already been submitted. I called H&R Block night answering service to find out they still had our taxes on hold pending payment... after I went in over a month ago to tell them we would do them on our own. When I called them today to ask about it they at first tried to deny they still had our taxes on hold only to actually go into the system to find out “oh I guess the office manager didn’t take it off”. 10/10 would not recommend them. You’re better off doing them your self. We definitely were."
