"Rude and incompetent employees!!! Made an enormous ordeal over my 18 yr old daughter going to get her eye exam alone… she is a legal adult now and a returning patient, but apparently needed someone over the age of 21… they literally lost every piece of insurance information that was given to them 3 yrs ago, and then confirmed less than 24 hours ago. I understand that there’s many families who are blessed enough to only need one working parent… but unfortunately, we’re not one of them, and since I had to leave work to give my adult child permission to have a non invasive eye exam, I will find a new optical provider. They should really look into their policies, or reiterate them to their employees more often."

She was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the fit and made me very comfortable during the entire process. "Had an appointment scheduled on this past Saturday. When I arrived the woman who checked me in told me that they weren’t sure if I was covered. I explained that whoever confirmed my appointment via the phone two days prior took all my insurance information and told me that they would call if there were any issues with my insurance. I never received a call back before my appointment. So, I went to my appointment only to be told that they had no idea what was going on with my insurance and that I should call to figure it out. Which, isn’t my job, but okay. I called the number on the back of my card(that I gave your receptionist) and confirmed that this location did take my insurance …within 5 minutes. I don’t know why this was so hard for y’all."
