The Edgar County Animal Shelter is a compassionate and dedicated organization located at 1025 North High Street in Paris, Illinois. Our mission is to provide shelter, care, and love to homeless and abandoned animals in the community. We work tirelessly to find loving forever homes for our furry friends, and we also offer spaying/neutering services and vaccinations to help control the pet population. "Amazing communication on Facebook. Responded to me quickly and was able to meet the dogs at their shelter. The people at the shelter were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the dog I chose to adopt was not a good fit for me so I was able to give the dog back and they refunded me. If I ever feel like giving it another shot I will definitely consider this place again. I can tell they really care about their animals there."
