"A place for unemployables to be employed in positions they are not qualified for&hav padded their hours beyond all outdoors,to accomplish nothing,or nearly so,when they're not engaging in counterproductive activities,which are the lion's share of their activities. Multimillion dollar building w/ no"patient"amenities. Any one can be talk therapied until they die of old age,tho it has no decernable benefit. Tho staff hav fantastic pay&benefits"
