"I wish I'd read the reviews first. My heat worked, but the ac was not. I called McDonald Mechanical for help. Over the corse of a few weeks he had came here 3 times. When he left, nothing worked. No heat, no ac, and charged me $943.10 and wouldn't return my phone calls. I too, can't believe he stays in business."

"From what I've I've seen them do commercially and heard of their residential work it's a wonder they're still in business. They milk the clock, they do shoddy labor, and take no accountability of their surroundings which in their profession poses a serious danger."

"He scheduled to put a furnace in for us. It was freezing temperatures. He stung us along for a week and then said he was too busy so we are still without heat. He was very unprofessional and if he couldn't or didn't want the job he could of just said so. Its single digits and now we have to find someone else. Wouldn't recommend him because you can't depend on his word."

"Always been prompt with reasonable pricing. This last time they added two pounds of freon to my ac unit. That unfortunately didn't solve the problem because it has stopped working at all. System is twenty years old so I think I will have a new heating and air system installed soon."

My parents are hardworking, passionate Americans who love this town and have worked hard these last 18 years to make sure their family was taken care of. We are just ordinary people trying to make it in this world. If you have complaints or you think we overcharged you, take it up with us. Don't post it online where we can't see it. Talk to us so we can make your experience with us a pleasant one, and hopefully you'll use or recommend our company again in the future.
