Founded in 1996 as a Rural Health Center in Trafalgar, Indiana, Windrose Health Network has grown to provide high-quality, family-oriented primary and preventive health care services. We also offer support through our Extra Mile Fund, which assists patients with medicine, laboratory tests, medical transportation, and other essential services.

We've lived here a year and I have never had an issue getting a referral, same day appointment, well child visit or medications (even when no appointments were available, they worked us in with someone if it was urgent).
