"My wife and I had an appointment to get our taxes done and when we got there the lady took us right in. Unfortunately it took over an hour for her to do them, and she seemed like she didn't know how to use the computer program. She finally finished and on our way home I glanced through the paper work and noticed she missed one of our W2s so my wife called and they confirmed she scanned them into the program but didn't put it on our taxes. Long story short they charged us nearly $500 to do the taxes originally but when they fixed them after I pointed it out to them they only charged us $400 but I got back over $1100 less because of their mistake. Beware do not go to Jackson Hewitt unless you want an audit from the IRS. That's what would have happened if I didn't catch their accounting mistake. Will not go back again."

"I needed some emergency cash. Jackson Hewitt was the only Tax Service that was giving tax advances. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was very friendly and helpful. We walked in with a paycheck stub, and left with the cash we needed. He answered all our questions, and was also managing to help the other associate with some questions she had. We did not have an appointment, so we probably got lucky that we did not have to wait, but I wouldn't be upset if we did due to the excellent service. I have used other tax services in the past, but I will use Jackson Hewitt from now on."
