"Tech told me she was refusing to fill a script because it "looked fake" and "violated hipaa." Script was for glasses and had a license number, call back number, and physician signature. Go somewhere that has opto techs who know what they're doing."
"The girl helping me find my new frames was very knowledgeable in the proper fit. It was really great to learn some of these things. I took two stars off because I came in with broken frames. I stated I knew it would take two weeks to get my prescription back. She proudly informed me a week tops. It's been a week, I've been not so patiently waiting to be able to see. Decided to call to check if the holiday has set them back. I let it ring for about 5 minutes and no answer. Realized I have a small paper behind my receipt in front of my warranty that says ETA is almost 2 weeks. Anyone with broken glasses knows how frustrating that is. (also I can't get my prescription at a one hour) Update: went in to find my glasses had been there for three days with no contact. My lens tent is not correct. There is not the information required to submit to insurance on the paperwork I received. No one answers the phone."
